As SelfMaker, we have already participated in many different industry events, exhibitions and fairs, both in Poland and abroad. However, what will become reality in just over a week's time is far beyond our experience so far.
We qualified to participate in the world exhibition Expo 2020 Dubai and we will represent our country and the Łódź Voivodeship on the international arena.
About the fair
This year's fair was originally supposed to take place from October to April 2020, but due to the epidemiological situation, it was postponed, keeping its initially assumed name. For the first time in history, such an event takes place in the Middle East, in an Arab country.
The whole thing takes place in a huge, 438 hectare area resembling a separate city, with streets, buildings and full infrastructure, which has been divided into three main thematic zones: mobility, sustainability and opportunity. In total, over 190 countries will exhibit their pavilions.
Polish pavilion - creativity inspired by nature
Our country pavilion is located in the "Mobility" zone, and is promoted with the slogan "Creativity inspired by nature", which is reflected in its construction. Unlike most of the exhibitors, we are dominated by wood and glass, which make up a very impressive-looking spatial structure. The interior has also been carefully planned, offering in addition to company stands, a cultural, gastronomic and entertainment section. It is estimated that about 1.8 million visitors will visit the Polish pavilion during EXPO 2020.
A chance for global expansion
We are glad to have the chance to present ourselves at such a huge event. The pandemic has become a catalyst for changes in the self-service and automation market, and this is what our company is doing. By adding an innovative approach, non-standard solutions and the latest technologies as well as an elegant design that matches every style, we definitely stand out from the competition. That is why we are counting on great interest in our offer, which will translate into further expansion of #selfevolution idea into markets all over the world.
