The retail industry in Poland is facing a huge challenge today, which is the digital transformation. Modern technologies change the traditional model of retail and promote the replacement of the existing systems with innovative solutions that improve the purchasing process as well as the production and distribution of goods. You cannot lag behind these dynamic ecosystem changes!

The congress will have a hybrid form, which means a combination of the traditional substantive and exhibition form with online activity on a dedicated platform (streaming, comments, chat, exhibition zone). Thanks to this, the idea of the congress will be preserved, while maintaining a greater level of security for its participants.
SelfMaker representatives are sharing their experience
As official partner of the event, we also have our substantive contribution to its course. Our experts will present themselves in the public forum, passing on a lot of knowledge and experience to the gathered guests, and will take up a discussion on key topics for the retail industry and beyond.
On the first day of the congress (November 24, 2021), between 1:45 PM and 2:40 PM, a discussion panel will be held under with the topic: "Changes in purchasing behavior - consumer attitudes", attended by Przemysław Wójcicki - Global Sales Director at SelfMaker. The topic of the discussion will be mainly changes in the consciousness of the 21st century customer, their approach to shopping experiences, modern payment methods as well as self-service (vending / click & collect).
A day later (November 25, 2021), between 1:15 PM and 1:30 PM, the President of SelfMaker, Marek Wieteska, will present a presentation on the flexibility of distribution, especially in the context of adapting delivery methods to changes in the market and customer preferences.

Will it be chilly at the congress?
These days will also be crucial for our company for another reason. The latest SelfMaker device will have its premiere during the Modern Distribution Congress.
